Evolve Medical Spa is a small boutique studio & space can be limited. We understand things happen and plans change. We value the time and needs of every client and employee. To help us provide the best service possible, we ask that you respect our policy. All appointments require a credit card on file. There is a 24-hour cancellation policy and you may be charged a $200 fee if any appointment results in a no-show or less than a 24-hour cancellation. We will use the credit card on file when this occurs. You will always receive a confirmation text two days prior to your scheduled appointment. Thank you for understanding and we look forward to working with you!

Late Arrival
We fully understand that sometimes being late is outside of your control. We will always do our very best to accommodate late arrivals by performing the most complete treatment possible in the time remaining. Unfortunately, arriving too late to perform the scheduled service will result in full charges without the opportunity to reschedule. For this reason we recommend that you plan ahead for your relaxing visit.

Cancellations
Cancellations must be done via the online scheduling site, through your confirmation email/text links or by calling us directly at 208-886-0051.

Rescheduling

With proper notice given of 24 hours, you will not be charged the fee. The fee is to cover the Estheticians time that was held for you. In the event that we are able to fill that spot with another client we will not charge you but that is on a case by case basis only as we are not always able to fill vacant opening with short notice.
